Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with an active security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ITSM ServiceNow Administrators in daily activities and provide technical guidance
• Automate processes using the ITSM ServiceNow tool set and collaborate with DevOps Engineers
• Administer the full ITSM stack, manage user permissions, and support the implementation of the new ITSM stack

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years of experience in network infrastructure, route/switch, and UC
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience with ITSM and CMDB tools, specifically ServiceNow
• Current knowledge of ITSM systems design, DevOps, and infrastructure as code principles
• CompTIA Security+ certification and systems-related industry certification required
