Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Development for their Fintech Pillar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of software engineers in agile development and cloud-based maintenance activities
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members while managing performance through goal setting and feedback
• Collaborate with product management and customer support to prioritize backlogs and communicate team progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing full-stack software development teams in an agile environment
• 6+ years in the software development field working directly within engineering teams
• Experience in delivering large-scale projects from inception to release
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS) and SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models
• Experience in software engineering best practices such as design patterns and CI/CD pipelines
