Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the TOLA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers
• Partner with sales leadership and marketing to drive customer adoption and expansion
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience leading a team as a manager
• 7-10 years in the high-tech industry with roles such as Developer, Architect, or Sales Engineer
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing individual contributors
• Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products
• Must be located in the TOLA region
