Sr Manager Applications Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Applications Operations (Salesforce) in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement incident/problem management processes
• Lead day-to-day team activities to triage and resolve incidents, enhancements, and project requests
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce/NetSuite solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior operations management roles in the IT industry
• ITIL V3 foundation certification and related certifications
• Experience and certification in Salesforce Cloud, NetSuite, and familiarity with scripting and automation applications
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management best practices, ITIL, and DevOps best practices
