Sr Manager of Analytical Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Analytical Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute analytical development strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and guide the analytical development team
• Oversee analytical method development, optimization, and tech transfer of plasmid and viral vector

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Several years of industrial experience in analytical development within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Expertise in analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting in plasmid, viral vector, cell and gene therapy field
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines (FDA, ICH, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
