Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Evaluate Calls: Review concierge call interactions to assess agent performance
- Provide Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback to agents and team leaders
- Collaborate with Training Teams: Develop and implement training programs based on call monitoring results
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 3 years’ experience in customer service with a focus on quality assurance or health care systems
- Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Experience with Medicare managed plans and proficiency in relevant applications
