Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of talent management experience in a remote, global environment
• Strong project and program management skills
• Proficiency in talent management systems, LMS, and HRIS technologies
• Ability to create and facilitate remote training sessions
