Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement career pathing strategies integrating key performance indicators
- Lead internal mobility program and skill gap analysis using competency model
- Collaborate with teams on performance reviews, talent assessments, and employee engagement surveys
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of talent management experience in a remote, global environment
- Strong project and program management skills
- Proficiency in talent management systems, LMS, and HRIS technologies
- Ability to create and facilitate remote training sessions
