Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of its Business Process Management & Workflow domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product vision and strategy for Business Process Management/Workflow
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and execution
• Conduct user research and deliver an intuitive user experience for internal customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of product management experience in relevant fields
• Understanding of customer-centric product design methodologies
• Experience in solar, construction, or renewable energy industry is a plus
