Staff Software Engineer Developer Productivity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve developer feedback cycles by optimizing builds, speeding up compiling and testing
• Develop utilities and patterns to increase developer productivity
• Improve feedback cycles at all levels of development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 8 years of software development experience
• Advanced proficiency in at least one language, such as Scala, C++, or Typescript
• Experience building multi-language monorepo tooling and with Bazel production ecosystem
• Experience as a Technical Leader within a team and training or mentoring other developers
