Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive UX design strategy aligned with business goals
• Ensure cohesive user experience across all products through design systems and guidelines
• Lead major UX initiatives spanning multiple products for an integrated user experience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure
• Experience in enterprise software or data management products is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
