Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1099 Student Success Coach to provide personalized support to students in achieving their academic, financial, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide student success coaching to college students through established services
• Collaborate with students to develop SMART Goals and tailored success plans
• Document each encounter in the Electronic Health Record promptly and accurately

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in providing student support services
• Experience in coaching on topics such as time management, goal setting, and career readiness
• Access to a computer with a webcam and a stable internet connection
• Ability to engage with diverse communities and maintain professional rapport
