A company is looking for a SVP of Technology to lead its technology team and ensure the successful delivery of its software services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering functions for product development, maintenance, and incident resolution
  • Collaborate with product management and other leaders to align on product roadmaps and execution plans
  • Drive technology strategy and modernize the tech stack while balancing maintenance and new feature development

Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in leading engineering for a SaaS business
  • Experience with both monolith and microservices applications
  • Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II
  • Experience integrating with large third-party systems, particularly HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in agile software development processes, including Scrum and KanBan
