Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for high volume of tutor positions
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Proven track record of high-volume recruiting
- Proficiency with ATS software and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Familiarity or experience in teaching or education industry preferred
