Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of high-volume recruiting
  • Proficiency with ATS software and other recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • Familiarity or experience in teaching or education industry preferred
