Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for various products

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL programming
  • Experience working with OData and REST APIs
  • Proficient in Windows Server, including IIS
  • Ability to build knowledge and skills in the company’s products
