A company is looking for a Technical Assistance Center Specialist in Radiology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical support via phone and email for Bayer products
  • Assist in coaching and mentoring new team members in technical capacities
  • Develop, document, and communicate new procedures to meet compliance and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED with relevant experience in technical support or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including 2nd shift and weekends
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Bayer’s Radiology business and product suite is preferred
