Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quick wins on operations and technology to increase efficiency, speed, and capacity
• Evaluate tech stack and workflows, recommend optimizations, and identify data infrastructure
• Provide strategic guidance on AI and technology use in product development

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in technology or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting for non-tech small businesses
• Experience with change management and scaling small business operations
• Multi-country experience and familiarity with generative AI capabilities
• Experience with learning and educational software is a plus
