A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical guidance to customers deploying Cofense solutions
- Develop documentation and canned responses to improve consistency of support responses
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of technical support experience with troubleshooting skills in enterprise networks
- Basic IT Security knowledge and familiarity with Incident Response
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Moderate Network communication troubleshooting experience
- Linux experience, Cloud hosting technology, and familiarity with Internet protocols
