Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and in a timely manner
  • Provide technical guidance to customers deploying Cofense solutions remotely
  • Develop documentation, FAQs, and canned responses to improve support responses

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in troubleshooting enterprise network solutions
  • Moderate Network communication troubleshooting experience
  • Linux experience, familiarity with Cloud hosting technology, and basic IT troubleshooting abilities
  • Basic understanding of enterprise email clients and messaging protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
