A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in laser technology and customer/technical support
  • Creating training syllabus for new product releases and troubleshooting problems independently
  • Developing trending data from support information and collaborating with different departments for service specifications
Qualifications:
  • At least eight years’ experience in a technical environment
  • A.S. degree in electronics or equivalent with relevant experience
  • Ability to assess and report on staff/distributor capabilities
  • Proficiency in gathering technical and customer data using departmental software
  • Experience in reviewing and editing troubleshooting guides and tech memos
