Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Issue Manager responsible for overseeing technology-related issues and ensuring effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technology-specific issues across multiple business lines
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to develop corrective action plans and drive issue resolution
• Facilitate reporting and governance of issues, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or banking environments
• Experience working with engineers and infrastructure teams to address issues
• Proven ability to create a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Experience in highly-matrixed, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
