Threat and Vulnerability Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat/Vulnerability Management Lead to enhance their security architecture and manage vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and collaborate with teams to remediate identified issues
• Design and maintain security architecture, integrating security requirements into the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in security architecture or a similar role, focusing on vulnerability management
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/HITRUST requirements and cloud-first security practices
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools and experience with SAST/DAST
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, GCIH, ISSAP, CISSP, or similar are preferred
