A company is looking for a Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials and content
• Deliver training through various channels while incorporating instructional design principles
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects, training strategy, and project rollouts

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of training experience in healthcare or insurance industry
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 1+ year of formal training experience
• Demonstrated understanding of instructional design and adult learning concepts
• Experience with a Learning Management System
