Transformation Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management and communications for external partners
• Collaborate with ERP leaders and drive adoption of changes
• Develop strategic communication plans and manage deployment communications

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of change management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing communications or related fields
• Prior experience in large-scale technology projects preferred
• BS degree or related experience
• PROSCI or other change management methodology certification a plus
