UX Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Architect – Digital with a focus on the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design problems and requirements
• Plan and facilitate workshops and design sprints to engage stakeholders and customers
• Iterate design solutions based on feedback and user research, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, and user research, preferably in enterprise settings
• Experience designing tools for software developers, with coding experience being a plus
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro
• Experience working with design systems
