UX Researcher – Not State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Generalist) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with product, design, and development teams to advocate for user needs
• Lead and execute research projects from kickoff through to data collection and analysis
• Create UX Research artifacts and serve as a source of user knowledge for the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years conducting formal UX research
• Master’s Degree or higher in HCI, psychology, human factors, social science, or related field
• Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
• Experience with UX research tools and survey platforms
• A strong desire to understand and create exceptional user experiences
