Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with healthcare claims and enrollment
- Develop a good rapport with callers and de-escalate difficult calls
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support by demonstrating excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
- Proficiency with dual monitors and keyboard shortcuts
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a mandatory 4-week training program
