Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Proficiency with dual monitors and keyboard shortcuts
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of a mandatory 4-week training program
