Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, lead DEI initiatives, and continuously improve HR processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and HR best practices knowledge
• Experience with HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and driving organizational change
