Workday Technology Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Technology Lead with Techno Functional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integrations track and collaborate with client business and IT teams on design, build, and testing of integrations
• Create high-level design artifacts and participate in HR digital projects and integration development
• Provide testing support for integrations and assist with Workday Application Maintenance and Support activities

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Applications implementation and support
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Workday technologies and HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll
• Experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle, including testing processes across project phases
